Heart Stream has been in the business of live streaming and video production for over 35 years. We have hardware and software solutions for your ministry or organization. We can install your equipment. Or, work closely with your media team thru email, phone or live video conferencing. If you want an estimate on costs, please contact us. We have many different plans to meet your budgetary needs.

Can I live stream from anywhere?List Item 2
Yes. You can connect to us thru a desktop, laptop, webcam, multi-stream, or any wifi enabled device. We use RTMP protocol. We also supply applications that will connect your signal to our network.

My organization is already live streaming on social mediaList Item 3
That is ok. You can still stream directly to Heart Stream and we will syndicate your broadcasts to all platforms at one time. We will still connect your live broadcasts to your current social media platforms.

Can i live stream directly to my website?List Item 4
Yes. We supply you with a network video player that can be embedded into your website.

Are we able to live stream anytime we choose to?List Item 1
Yes. You have the ability to live stream at anytime. Your pricing plan will set the amount of hours that you can stream per month.

I already have pre-recorded broadcasts. Can I still air my broadcasts on your network?List Item 2
Yes. You can run any of your past broadcasts or edited content on your channel. You can easily upload your broadcasts to your personal upload folder.These broadcasts will be set up as your Vido On Demand.

Do you record all of our broadcasts?List Item 3
Yes. All of your live broadcasts are recorded on our server and they can be placed in your Video On Demand.

Do I have to notify Heart Stream ahead of time when I am going to live stream?List Item 4
No. Our friendly user interface lets you schedule your live streams and your live 24 hour network.

Do You offer Podcasting
Yes. We have audio and video podcasting.

Do you offer closed captioning?List Item 1
Yes. We can read preprogrammed captioning that are on already recorded broadcasts. We also have live closed captioning for your live evetns. Live captioning is a alacarte option in our system

Who schedules all of my live streams and pre-recorded programs?List Item 2
You handle all program scheduling of every live streaming channel. We ask that you properly label the name of each broadcast and a description of what the viewer is going to see and hear.

What syndicated platforms do you offer to your clients?List Item 3
We are contracted with ROKU, Amazon Firestick, Apple TV, Facebook, Youtube, iphone and android TV, Smart TV, and much more!

Yes. You have choices in our pricing plans as to which media platforms to start with. You can build a customized media platform that meets your needs. You can increase your platforms at anytime by upgrading your package plan.

Will my broadcasts be viewable from any devices?List Item 1
Yes. You can access our programming from a TV, computer, Ipad, or any apple or android phone.

What is Video On Demand and how does it work?List Item 2
VOD is the ability for a viewer to be able to watch any of your pre-recorded broadcasts. Your videos will be in a scrollable straight line accessible to any viewer to watch. VOD is optional in our pricing plans.

Does your network offer support if i am having issues with my stream?List Item 3
Yes. We have techs available 24/7 and will assist you if you are having any issues with your live stream.

Does your network have an ability to see who is viewing my channel?List Item 4
Yes, We offer full analytics and statistics. We will email you weekly or monthly stats upon request

Can I monetize my broadcasts?List Item 1
Yes. Heart Stream has a pay or donation wall for any of your broadcasts whether it is live or VOD. Please see our special pricing plans. You can set up monthly reoccuring plans or just one time paid events.

Do you have the ability for us to have our own live 24 hour network?List Item 2
Our system gives you the ability to run a constant 24 hour video broadcast channel. You will be able to run your video and programming 24 hours a day seven days a week. You will be able to sell time slots for any time or day of the week. We plan on having this offering in the spring of 2022. Please call or email to set up an appointment to get a walk thru on how this system operates.

Can we air commercials on our channel?List Item 3
Yes, You can run your own commercials or ads on your channel. The scheduling system lets you run ads between television shows and broadcasts.

Our organization wants to run paid webinars or training sessions. Can you help us?List Item 4
Yes. We can set up a web page or website for you with our own e-commerce paywall. We can actually extend your broadcast channel functionality to your website making it an additional revenue stream. We also use our live streaming to allow you to host your own webinars, training sessions, or pay per view events within your website. You can promote viewers to go to your website and sign up for special training or webinars.

Do you have a TV guide for people to view?
Yes. Each channel has a guide to see all upcoming tv shows with dates and times.

Will I have those annoying popup ads on my broadcasts?List Item 1
No. You can have FREE uninterrupted live broadcasting with no annoying ads like you see on youtube.

How does your bandwidth work?List Item 2
We charge for viewership. Our pricing plans give you options to upgrade as your viewership expands.

Please explain how your storage works.List Item 3
We start you out with 50 gb of storage. This calculates to about 60 hours worth of broadcasts. This means that we record and store your broadcasts and keep them in VOD for you. We have upgrade plans that give you more storage.

Can just anybody broadcast on your network?List Item 4
No. We have a set standard and a code of ethics. Please see our about us page for our standards and codes.
